When you stop by for a consultation (30 minutes-1 hour) we will take you through the entire procedure and discuss, design, customize your appointments. Often 2 to 3 treatment sessions may be necessary, depending on the results we like to achieve. Each session takes approximately 2.5 hours and 6 weeks apart before the next session. During the session you may experience slight swelling, pain and stinging sensation, however, we use topical anesthetics to reduce pain and discomfort throughout the procedure.

Avoid allergic reactions
If you are a smoker, kindly quit:) Pets are amazing however you take conscious effort to keep the treated area safe from bruising until its fully healed (3-6 days). If by chance you experience any allergic reaction, please call us immediately.

Pre-appointment
For best results, we recommend the following:
Do not consume alcohol, caffeine or blood thinners(aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, fish/primrose oil) 48 hours before your procedure to avoid excess bleeding.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Avoid the following facial procedures 3 to 4 weeks before:
- Botox and fillers
- Chemical peels(glycolic, pumpkin, alpha-hydroxy, salicylic acid)
- Laser facials, both ablative and non-ablative, including Fraxel, ipl laser treatments.
- Exfoliation and retinol product
- Please do not get brows waxed or threaded 3-4 days before the procedure
- Avoid sun tanning or bad exposure 2-3 days before and after your treatment session as your skin may not take in the pigment colour well.
Appointment day
- We ask that you come prepared to be as relaxed as possible to make it a fun and exciting experience for you!
- Eat a light snack before arriving
- Wear relaxed clothing as you will lay down for an extended period of time
- We take pictures before and after the treatment
Concerns for eyeliner tattoo
Please remove contact lens and lash extensions if any
If you have dry eyes, kindly carry your drops along with you during treatment sessions
Blurry vision/laser correction done recently, micro-pigmentation is possible only after 6months
Conjunctivitis or any other eye disorder has to wait 2 weeks after for treatment
If using lash growth formula like eye envy or latisse, please stop using them a week before your treatment
Concerns for lip tattoo
Cold sores/herpes, you must be on an antiviral prescription such as valtrex
Chapped/cracked lips, use honey & sugar scrubs for a week before treatment to moisturize
Lip fillers/injections has to wait 2 weeks before treatment
Cleft lips can be fixed however we require extra sessions for treatment
General health concerns
Diabetes type 1 or type 2, may bleed excessively
If pregnant please wait till after delivery
The thyroid can cause hypersensitivity
HIV/lupus/autoimmune disorders have to follow post-care instruction carefully
If you are on medication like ibuprofen/aspirin/anticoagulants/coumadin etc, kindly stop 3 days prior with a doctors note
